Bonnie and Breakfast

Good day! This morning I decided to make myself a delicious breakfast and have it out in the garden while reading Malory Towers. I had lemonade and orange juice, 1 homemade cinnamon biscuit, and one bowl of cereal. I would have taken a photo outside, but the lighting was all wrong.




Bonnie was very hopeful for food! I must say, she's AWFULLY photogenic.




Fine, if I can't have food, a belly rub would be great???




Yesterday it was boiling hot! I was moping the outside stairs and it was that hot that when I put cold water on them, steam came off the stairs! Im glad we're going to the pool today. It's already quite warm!

The Volcano

Hi everyone! Today is the first "official" day of the school holidays and I made an exploding volcano! Here is how you do it:

things you need:

Bi-Carb soda
vinegar
funnel - if you don't have one use a home made paper one like me
mud
red food colouring

Blob mud on dry grass and mould into a volcano shape - size optional. Make a hole down the middle of the volcano with a stick and put Bi-Carb Soda into the bottom using your funnel. Mix vinegar and 7-8 drops of red food colouring in a bowl and mix. Pour into the volcano and watch it explode! It should look something like this:
